THE PROGRAMME

How FLOW XP works.

Who is it for, how does it run, what do you get, on what calendar, and the questions clubs ask before signing.

FOR WHO

Built for sports clubs that take mental performance seriously.

From youth academies to senior competition teams — FLOW XP fits any club ready to measure what coaches feel but cannot yet quantify.

Presidents & boards

Pilot mental performance like physical performance. Trend reports per quarter, fragility profiles flagged early, talent identification across teams.

Technical directors

Map the mental maturity of every squad in your club. Compare cohorts, spot coach blind spots via 360° reviews, allocate support where it matters.

Head coaches & mental practitioners

Team heatmaps, actionable ratios, three exercises per quarter. Stop guessing — start working from data validated by peer-reviewed science.

HOW IT WORKS

Four steps. Four times a year.

  1. Step 1

    Club onboarding

We provision your club account, you import the roster (CSV or manual), invite your coaches. Setup under one week.

  2. Step 2

    Audit window

Athletes and coaches answer their psychometric batteries on mobile or desktop (~25 min per athlete per quarter, ~14 min per coach twice a year).

  3. Step 3

    AI reports generated

Claude AI produces three levels of report from validated scores: athlete (private), coach (team-wide), club (multi-team consolidated, anonymised).

  4. Step 4

    Restitution call

Thirty minutes with Loïc per quarter. We walk you through the findings, the fragility profiles, the talents to support, the exercises to deploy.

REPORTS

Three levels of intelligence. One mental performance picture.

Each report is generated by Claude AI from peer-reviewed psychometric scores and validated against a strict schema before delivery. Strict confidentiality between athlete and coach.

Athlete report

Athlete + their head coach

Scores across 38 dimensions, top strengths, two priority axes, three personalised exercises, comparison with previous quarter baseline. Private to the athlete and their head coach.

Coach report

Head coach

Team-wide heatmap of every dimension, actionable ratios, three group exercises ready to deploy, athletes to watch flagged. Includes the coach's own Leader Code profile.

Club report

Club direction (anonymised)

Quarter-over-quarter trends across all teams, identified talents, fragility profiles needing support. Strictly anonymised — no individual data exposed at club level.

CALENDAR

Four quarters. Aligned with the sporting season.

Athletes audit four times a year. Coaches audit twice. One anonymous 360° coach review mid-season. Operational forms triggered on key events (post-match, injury return, onboarding).

  1. Q1 — September

Athlete audit T1 (3 batteries) + coach audit (Leader Code + Connexion Coach)

  2. Q2 — December

Athlete audit T2 + Coach Review 360° (anonymous athlete feedback)

  3. Q3 — March

Athlete audit T3 + coach audit T2 (Leader Code + Connexion Coach)

  4. Q4 — June

    Athlete audit T4 + end-of-season club consolidation

SCIENCE

Inspired by peer-reviewed sports psychology research.

FLOW XP's psychometric implementation is informed by — and calibrated on the principles of — the peer-reviewed body of sports psychology research. Reference works that have shaped our approach include TOPS-2 (Hardy et al.), ACSI-28 (Smith et al.), SMS-II (Pelletier et al.), CART-Q (Jowett & Ntoumanis), LSS (Chelladurai), CBS-S (Côté et al.), EDMCQ-C (Appleton et al.), and the PCDEs framework (MacNamara).

FLOW XP develops its own scoring algorithms, dimension architecture and AI report generation. The reference works above remain the intellectual property of their respective academic authors and journals. Likert 1-6 forced-choice. Reverse items. Trap items. No pseudo-science.

FAQ

Questions clubs ask before signing.

How does parental consent work for minors?

For every athlete under 16, the parent or legal guardian receives a dedicated consent request by email before any audit is sent. The request explicitly covers personal-data processing, sharing of results with the coach, and confirmation of legal guardianship. No audit reaches the athlete before parental confirmation.

Are the audit responses confidential?

Yes. Athlete responses are visible only to the athlete and their direct head coach. The club direction receives only anonymised aggregated reports — never individual scores. The 360° Coach Review requires a minimum of 5 anonymous responses before any aggregate is shown to the coach.

How long does an audit take?

About 25 minutes per athlete per quarter (3 batteries). About 14 minutes for a coach twice a year. Audits run on mobile or desktop, with auto-save and resume.

How much does FLOW XP cost?

Tariff is discussed in the demo call. The first 25 clubs to sign benefit from the Starter Programme — a privileged tariff with unlimited teams, preserved for life under continuity conditions. After 25, standard tariff applies.

Which sports do you support?

Team sports (hockey, football, basketball, rugby, volleyball) and individual sports (tennis, athletics, swimming). The psychometric instruments are sport-agnostic and have been validated across both contexts.

What happens if an athlete leaves the club mid-season?

Their data stays with the club until the season ends, after which it is archived. If they join another FLOW XP club, a new account is created — no audit data is transferred between clubs. The athlete or their guardian can request deletion at any time.

Where is the data hosted?

All audit data is hosted by Supabase in the EU region (Frankfurt, Germany). GDPR Article 9 applies to mental performance data, which we treat with the strictest safeguards. DPA signed with each club at contract.
